I hired this company to paint my Dining Room/Living Room and my office.I am so impressed with their work and efficiency that I will hire them any day of the week and highly recommend them to anyone. This is my first business review but I have to give 5 stars to Andy and his crew. Andy and his crew were professional at all times. They painted inside and out and my house looks like new. I highly recommend recommend Team EDP.

Interior & Exterior

  • Rooms and areas to be painted are scheduled with the customer.
  • Large furniture is moved into the center of the room.
  • Furniture is perfectly covered with plastic.
  • Floors are covered with drop cloths.
  • Hardwood floors mostly cover with rosin paper for better protection of your floors. 
2. Preparation
  • Before we start to preparation, we sand all walls . After sanding,  walls  & ceilings  start to show all nail pops, all hills, also we can clean whole surface with pole sanding process. Now walls are ready to run for preparation.
  • Holes and cracks in walls are filled.
  • Gaps in trim are caulked.
  • Washing is done where required.
3. Painting
  • Repaired areas are primed.
  • Paint is applied with a brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface.
  • Ceiling and walls are painted to proper coverage and finish color.
  • Perfect & Clean cut lines between trim & walls.
4. Clean-up
  • Furniture is moved back to original positions.
  • Floors and carpets are thoroughly vacuumed and swept.
  • All garbage is removed.
  • Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.
5. Inspection
  • Before the crew packs up their equipment, a "wet walk-around" is done
  • Final touch-ups are noted on a "punch list" & are completed before the crew leaves.


  • Pressure washing is available upon request
  • Delicate areas are hand-washed
  • Loose paint chips and debris are cleaned up
  • Areas cleaned are given time to dry
2. Pre Paint Preparation
  • All loose paint is removed, all bare areas are primed.
  • All surfaces that will not be painted are covered to protect against splatter & drips.
  • Outdoor furniture is removed and covered If necessary
  • Glossy areas are scuff-sanded to allow for proper adhesion.
  • If necessary, areas around doors and windows are caulked
  • Feather-sanding and stripping done on request.
3. Painting
  • Full finish coat is applied to proper coverage & finish.
  • Paint is applied with a brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface.
  • Second/Third coat is available upon request or when specified on the contract.
4. Clean-up
  • Performed daily and upon completion of the job.
  • All garbage is removed.
  • Left over paint is labeled paint  and is left with customer for future touch ups
  • Outdoor fixtures and furniture are put back to their original positions
5. Inspection
  • The EDP team conducts a site inspection to ensure the job is beyond satisfaction.
  • The customer walks around with site foreman or manager.
  • Final touch-ups are noted and completed before the team leaves.
